Rick Berry is a Third Generation "Native" of Ft Collins. He began his real estate career in 1995 with RE/MAX. He quickly discovered that helping others buy or sell a home was quite satisfying. His honesty, hard work and professional attitude has enabled him to be a consistent top producer in his office. He also is a member of the RE/MAX HALL OF FAME.

He continues to educate himself with current marketing ideas to assist his clients meet their goals of buying or selling a home. Blending "old fashioned" methods with the most current marketing strategies sets Rick apart.

On a nice day ( in Colorado we have lots !!! ) , when he is not at the office, you will probably find him riding his bike. Most likely, he is riding up Rist Canyon or is somewhere between Ft Collins and Estes Park !!! If not on his road bike, you might be able to catch him on a long walk with his 3 Yellow Labs. Yogi, Tera Jo & Curtis Lowe love these walks and hanging out at home. Rick is active with local dog rescue groups, as well. Cathy, his wife, and Rick have helped find homes for several dogs and contributed financially as well.

First-time Buyers are always fun to work with. Before real estate, Rick taught junior high for 13 years. So, "teaching" these buyers is very rewarding. He holds several home buyer seminars each year to help explain this "process". His other strengths are working with re-location buyers, luxury homes, "kiddie condos" and REO's.

The fact that he was born and raised in Ft Collins and is going to stay here means his reputation is very important !! So, every Buyer or Seller knows they will get Rick's best efforts.
